Zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) is unique studied semiconductor substance for photocatalytic utilization like light-emitting diodes, solar cells, photo-diode, sensor, and photo-detector. The ZnO ratio of surface to volume as increases with reduces size afford an increase improve the reactivity surface. Among all possible approaches preparation, sol-gel process individual simple synthesis metal oxides nanoparticles. NPs was synthesized by approach characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force (AFM), x-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-visible spectroscopy techniques structural morphological investigations. obtained SEM, AFM XRD experimental findings showed spherical shapes NPs. purpose current investigation prepare via technique a photo-catalyst organic pollutant namely clofibrate acid photodegradation below irradiation UV light. rate enhanced additional loading entirely degradation had been recognized.
